Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and HYBRED("HYBRED," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the HYBRED app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use HYBRED. If you are under 18, you may use HYBRED only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and are able to enter into these Terms.

• —You sign in using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone secure.
• —You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• —Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• —Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

HYBRED lets you create "tiles" — songs, photos, images, notes, voice memos and files — and organize them into "albums" that you can build, arrange, and share with people you choose. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You own the content you create.HYBRED does not claim ownership of your albums, tiles, uploads or other content ("Your Content").

To operate the Service, you grant HYBRED a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and the people you share with. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for content already shared with others or copies retained as required by law.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to upload and share it.

You agree not to use HYBRED to create, upload, share or store content that:

• —Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• —Is sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers minors in any way.
• —Is violent, graphic, harassing, hateful, defamatory or threatening.
• —Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• —Contains malware, or attempts to hack, disrupt or overload the Service.
• —Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
• —Is spam, or exploits the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Some content on HYBRED is created by users and shared with others. To keep the community safe, HYBRED provides tools that let you:

• —Report a shared album that you believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• —Block a user so you no longer receive content from them.

We review reports of objectionable content and act on violations — including removing content and ejecting users who post it — typically within 24 hours. See our Community Guidelines.

HYBRED integrates third-party services — including Spotify and Apple Music (for song search) and Giphy (for GIFs). Content and data from these services belong to their respective owners and are subject to their terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any third-party content you add to your albums.

The HYBRED name, logo, app, website and software are owned by HYBRED and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.

You may stop using HYBRED and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or to protect the Service and its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYBRED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
