Delete Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your HYBRED account and all associated data directly from the app.

Before you proceed

  • -This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • -All your albums, tiles, audio recordings, images, and uploaded scripts will be deleted.
  • -Any shared album links you have created will stop working immediately.
  • -Your account cannot be recovered after deletion. You would need to create a new account to use HYBRED again.

Open the HYBRED app

Launch the HYBRED app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in.

Go to Settings

Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner of any screen. This opens your account and preferences page.

Scroll to the Account section

Scroll down past Music Preferences and your Profile until you reach the Account section at the bottom.

Tap Delete Account

Below the Sign Out button you will see a red Delete Account option with a trash icon. Tap it.

Confirm the deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear warning you that this action is permanent. Tap Delete Account in the dialog to confirm. Tapping Cancel will close the dialog and your account will not be affected.

Account is deleted

HYBRED will permanently delete all your data - your profile, albums, tiles, audio recordings, uploaded files, and shared links - and sign you out. You will be taken back to the sign-in screen.

Message 929-791-4140 to delete your account as soon as possible. We handle it for you. Other apps make it difficult for you to delete your data. You are not data to us, you are a person.
